A Maryland teenager has been arrested on a charge of threatening mass violence after investigators say they uncovered evidence that he made plans to carry out a shooting at a Montgomery County school. Police seek help identifying suspects in Morgan State shooting

Ballistic evidence and federal partners helped Baltimore police determine that two shooters were involved in an attack during Morgan State University's homecoming last week.
