Of course, robbing a bank without anyone knowing is usually harder than the "guns blazing" method, although players don't have to worry about the getaway due to nobody noticing the bank been robbed.

PAYDAY 3: No Rest For the Wicked Stealth Guide

Robbing the Secure Capital Bank without alerting any guards or authority isn't as hard as one may think. Continue to remain calm in moments of doubt and ensure you don't act too overt, staying near cover and not remaining open for long periods of time. To complete No Rest For the Wicked without alerting anyone, follow these steps:

NOTE: Generic NPCs in restricted areas don't know you're robbing the bank; therefore, you only need to hide from guards. Normal NPCs won't alert the authorities unless you oppose a threat. If you're caught by a guard, your character will pretend they're lost, and the guard will escort you back to the front entrance; no need to kill anyone.

Enter the bank through the front entrance and unlock the "staff only" doors on the right.

Once opening the door, head right into the "IT/HelpDesk" room and disable the gate power.

Outside the "IT/HelpDesk" room, locate the guard with a pass on his back; sneakily take it.

To the right of the "IT/HelpDesk," enter the "Conference room" and put the phone on the table. This room is by the collage of words on the wall, stating "OPPORTUNITY."

Walk out of the conference room forward and take the first door that's already open. It's at the end of the hall on the right and will take you to the stairs.

Head up the stairs to the second floor, scan the QR code, and enter the room.

Locate the guard with the blue pass on his back and take it.

Head into a locked room opposite the canteen and hack the PC; this will disable the doors to reach the vault.

Head back downstairs and flip the right switches; it'll be prompted for you. It's recommended you take the back entrance instead of walking through the main area.

Ignore the prompt to "Grab an executive" and simply make your way to the vault.

Type in the password to the vault, turn on your UV flashlight and see the fingermarks on the keypad. Unfortunately, you'll have to try every 4 numbered combinations until the door unlocks, sometimes taking sixteen attempts.

disable the ink packs on the money, then bag it up, and get all players involved to make a quick escape. If solo, pre-pack all bags upon first entrance to speed up the process.

To leave with money quickly, exit the vault to the right and follow the left wall. This will quickly lead you to an exit. Place the money in the van and repeat until all bags are collected and filled in the getaway vehicle.

Guards will continue to roam the bank until the mission is complete; please don't assume that the vault is clear of guards once robbing it. Remain vigilant until completing the mission. Additionally, there will be a guard near the getaway vehicle. Ignore him, as you're no longer trespassing.

Playing with multiple friends trying to complete the bank stealth is very difficult. This is simply because the guards are less likely to see one player over four. Therefore, it's recommended that only one player ventures upstairs to hack the PC whilst the others await for security to be disabled on the ground floor waiting to open the vault. When moving downstairs, separate from each other and move alone instead of in a group. For example, when crossing a hallway, let one player cross at a time because your chances of not getting caught are raised.
