The Hawaii Technology Development Corporation is bringing back its annual Tech Job Fair after a two-year hiatus to help connect job seekers with tech-based career opportunities in Hawaii.
The event will take place in a brand-new virtual format from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Jan. 21.
Participants can connect directly with recruiters at the event as well as attend live sessions that shed light on the trends in tech industry recruitment. The featured speaker for the event is the head of talent pipelines at Stripe, a San Francisco-based company focused on building a remote talent base — prior to the pandemic, according to a news release.
The job fair’s virtual format will allow potential candidates outside of Hawaii to participate and learn more about Hawaii’s companies.
Companies interested in procuring a virtual booth and attendees looking to register can visit the Hawaii Technology Development Corporation website at htdc.org/techjobfair.
The organization is putting on the job fair in partnership with the Chamber of Commerce Hawaii.
